Open invitation to the Science Council meeting on 27 June 2018

The Science Council of the Food Standards Agency is holding its third meeting in London on Wednesday 27 June 2018. The Council was formally established on 1 April 2017 to implement a key recommendation from the Triennial Review of the our Scientific Advisory Committees.

Agenda

The meeting will include reports and discussion on the three working groups of the Science Council on: 

  • Science capability and assurance
  • Risk and uncertainty
  • Food systems risks and horizon scanning

The Council will discuss its future work programme and its engagement with our Scientific Advisory Committees.

Admission is free, but advance booking is necessary.
