The policing inspection programme and framework for 2020/21 was recently (26 March 2021) published.

Our plans were kept under regular review throughout 2020/21 and were revised when necessary to ensure that they:

reflected the unprecedented circumstances caused by COVID-19; and
promoted improvements in keeping people safe and reducing crime and disorder, without imposing unnecessary demands on forces.
