Qualifications now open – funded July cohorts available
We’re delighted to announce that our accredited qualifications covering frontline practice, outreach work, and service management, are now open for applications, with funded cohorts starting this July.
Co-developed with qualification specialists CIH, these programmes will help you deepen your understanding, build practical skills, and progress your career in the homelessness sector.
We’re especially excited to be launching the first-ever cohort of the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Homelessness Service Management, supporting housing managers to meet the new Competence and Conduct Standard, coming into effect in October 2026 under the Social Housing Regulation Act.
Our qualifications
CIH Level 3 Certificate in Providing Homelessness Services
Ideal for frontline staff working directly with people experiencing or at risk of homelessness who want to strengthen their practice and improve outcomes.
CIH Level 3 Certificate in Rough Sleeping Outreach Services
Designed for new and experienced outreach workers and coordinators looking to develop their practice and improve outcomes for people experiencing rough sleeping.
CIH Level 4 Certificate in Homelessness Service Management
Designed for managers and team leaders to build confidence, deepen skills and knowledge, and meet the Competence and Conduct Standard for housing managers.
Places on our funded July cohorts are limited, applications close on 3 July.
