What changes has the Attorney General proposed to the backstop?

Open Europe's Aarti Shankar examines what new ideas the UK has tested in renegotiations on the backstop. 

For many MPs who voted the deal down in January, the acid test will be whether the Attorney General can revise his previous legal advice that the backstop could “endure indefinitely” in international law.
