Appointment of Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal of the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber

The Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP, has appointed Neville George Francis Chamberlain to be a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal of the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, to exercise the mental health jurisdiction within that Chamber in the Northern Region, with effect from 14 September 2009.

Notes for the Editor

Mr Chamberlain is 49. He was called to the Bar (L) in 1985. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Tribunal judge of the First-tier Tribunal (formerly known as the Mental Health Review Tribunal) in 2004.
