Judge - Hassall
News Release issued by

HM The Queen has appointed James Christopher Hassall to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP. The Right Honourable The Lord Judge, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has assigned him to the Northern Circuit, based at St Helens County Court with effect from Thursday 1 July 2010.
Mr Hassall is aged 37. He was called to the Bar (L) in 1995 and
was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2004.
