Appointment of four Salaried Employment Judges of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) - Martin, Warren, Ryan and Perry
The Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP, has appointed Anne Martin to be a Salaried Part-time Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) and Sherrilyn Bain Warren, Tobias Vincent Ryan and David Alan Perry to be Salaried Employment Judges of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales)
Mrs Martin will be assigned to the London South Region, working on an 80% pro rata basis, with effect from 1 October 2009. Mrs Warren will be assigned to the Birmingham Region, with effect from 12 October 2009, Mr Ryan will be assigned to the Manchester and Liverpool Region, with effect from 2 November 2009 and Mr Perry will be assigned to the Manchester and Liverpool Region, with effect from 23 November 2009.

Anne Martin is 50. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988 and was appointed as a Fee-paid Chairman of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2001.
Sherrilyn Bain Warren is 49. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1983. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Chairman of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2002 and as a Fee-paid Lawyer Chairman of the Rent Assessment Panel in 2004.
Tobias Vincent Ryan is 50. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984 and was appointed as a Fee-paid Chairman of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2002.
David Alan Perry is 40. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1993 and was appointed as a Fee-paid Chairman of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2005.
