HM The Queen has appointed Rhys Price Rowlands to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP. The Right Honourable The Lord Judge, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has assigned him to the Wales Circuit, based at Cardiff Crown Court with effect from Tuesday 30 March 2010.

Rhys Price Rowlands (53) was called to the Bar (G) in 1986. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2001.
