Healthy Schools: Fit for the Future leaflet has advice and ideas
new free leaflet called “Fit for the Future” has been produced by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
It sets out simple advice and ideas to get children active and eating healthily.
The leaflet is free and available for all Healthy Schools Co-ordinators.
You can download it or order copies for your school from CSP, you just need to cover the cost of postage.
