Dr Harcourt Concannon retires as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal of the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber on 2 October 2009.
Notes for the Editor
Dr Harcourt Martin Grant Concannon (72) was admitted as a
Solicitor in 1967. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Legally
Qualified Panel Member of the Appeal Tribunals in 1978, as a
Fee-paid Immigration Adjudicator in 1985, as a Salaried Chairman
of the Appeal Tribunals in 1994 and as President of the Pension
Appeals Tribunal in 1998.
