Law Commission's 12th Programme

Building our 12th Programme

The Law Commission are consulting on their 12th Programme of law reform. They expect to submit their proposals to the Lord Chancellor in summer 2014.  If approved, they will make up the main part of our law reform work in the following three years.

Theyconsult widely when drawing up their programmes of reform. They are committed to ensuring that their work is informed by the knowledge and experience of the people who work in and with the law and whose lives, businesses and other enterprises are shaped by it.

Can you help them identify projects that may be suitable for the 12th Programme by suggesting areas of the law that would benefit from reform?
