In addition, Bill Malcolm, Assistant Director of International markets at LSN will be running a workshop at the conference with Greham Raynham, Director of Bond Bryan, on this topic.
Following this, on 15th December we are holding the LSN Masterclass 2009 in Abu Dhabi.
The day consists of sessions from LSN and partners. Throughout the day delegates will gain insight into a variety of leading edge topics that will give them new skills to help strengthen leadership and management within their organisations.
  • LSN Chief Executive John Stone will share his experience of managing London’s largest college as Principal of Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College, giving delegates ideas and approaches to leadership that they can adopt to improve their own leadership styles.
  • Greham Raynham, Director at Bond Bryan, will discuss the process of developing quality places for learning, from the vision and need all the way through to the design process.
  • Shaun Lincoln, Associate Director for Leadership and Management will hold a practical session for delegates to try out two products to improve effectiveness – Micro Tools and Fierce conversations.

This invitation event is being held in the Hilton hotel Abu Dhabi and delegates have been invited from across the Middle East, including Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait. The masterclass will give them a range of tools and ideas that will help them transform their organisation.
