National Awarding Organisation, NCFE, has won a contract with leading training organisation, Talent Training, for its apprenticeship provision.

This follows on from an existing successful partnership between the two organisations. Having worked together on the design and implementation of the Level 2 Diploma in Customer Excellence in the Logistics Sector, Talent Training chose to work with NCFE following a review of its apprenticeship provision, with a particular focus on service.

Newcastle-headquartered NCFE has strong customer service credentials, having been named as one of the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service for two years running.

With Functional Skills a priority for Talent Training, NCFE’s wraparound service and six-day turnaround of Functional Skills results, as well as the support the qualification provider offers its customers, were the key reasons for Talent Training’s decision to work with NCFE.
