Crafting a Unified Family Hub through Insight-Driven Transformation

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (LBHF) identified an opportunity to improve their community’s digital experience, focusing on creating a unified, connected online Family Hub using LocalGov Drupal (LGD). This initiative aimed to simplify access to Family Information Services (FIS) for families across the borough, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Invuse teamed up with LBHF, conducting thorough research to understand the community’s needs. Engaging with core groups including parents, young people, carers, and professionals, pinpointed areas to enhance content for ease of access, understanding, and self-service. Key insights directly shaped the development of a more intuitive Family Hub.
