The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (LBHF) identified an opportunity to improve their community’s digital experience, focusing on creating a unified, connected online Family Hub using LocalGov Drupal (LGD). This initiative aimed to simplify access to Family Information Services (FIS) for families across the borough, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
