Is your SEND LocalOffer or Family Hub website keeping up with the needs of your users?

Is your SEND LocalOffer or Family Hub website keeping up with the needs of your users?

According to GOV.UK, over 1.5 million pupils in England have special educational needs (SEN) - an increase of 87,000 from 2022.

More than 74% of councils' Local Offer and/or Family Hub websites were launched before 2017. Since then, website visitor behaviours and expectations have evolved significantly, but unfortunately the websites supporting these audiences have not.

Users simply want to be able to find trustworthy information, resources and local services quickly and efficiently. If your website doesn't support this, it's likely your staff are receiving 35% more calls and emails than they need to.

Your community deserves the best. Upgrade your Local Offer and Family Hub services and pave the way for a more connected and empowered future.
