ESPO launches new Language Services framework

Our previous Translation Services framework proved popular with many public sector customers - police and emergency services in particular – so we have launched a new and improved version in collaboration with YPO.
 

 

About the framework 

The framework is split into five Lots to help you find the right service for you. We know that requirements differ for each sector, so we have included dedicated managed services sub-Lots for police, the health sector and local government. 

 

  •      Lot 1 Managed Service for Language Services 
  •      Lot 2 Face to Face Interpretation Services - Spoken 
  •      Lot 3 Face to Face Interpretation Services - Non-Spoken 
  •      Lot 4 Remote Interpretation Services – Video and Telephone 
  •      Lot 5 Translation, Transcription and Additional Services

To ensure that you receive only the most appropriate linguists, we have introduced clear benchmarks to our suppliers in relation to the expectations of each level of linguists.

We can provide you with template procurement and contractual documentation to save you time and of course our team at ESPO can assist you along the way.

We have secured competitive rates from our suppliers and there is opportunity to aggregate spend and demand within organisations – enhancing internal processes and service outputs.

We have included regional coverage within Lots to allow customers access to interpreters with local knowledge if needed. There are also options for out of hours interpretation or emergency transcriptions if required.
