Insurance Customer Insight Event and Webinars

NEPO is hosting a free customer insight day for public sector colleagues involved in the procurement of insurance.

The event takes place in Newcastle on 22 November (9.00 to 15.00) and will equip attendees with practical advice and information needed to run an effective and successful insurance tender.

In July 2019, a partnership between NEPO, YPO and ESPO launched a new insurance solution. The solution aims to help public sector organisations optimise the value of insurance brokers and maximise best value in the insurance market. The solution has been split into two contractual arrangements: Insurance Brokerage Framework Agreement and Insurance Placement Dynamic Purchasing System.

We are using our market expertise and knowledge to support all types of public sector organisations to better understand the insurance market, and develop them into more informed buyers. Procurement functions can add value when they are engaged early in the process and when they understand different drivers influencing insurance provider's decisions. Along with YPO and ESPO, NEPO is here to provide support every step of the way.
