Oxygen Finance, sole supplier to NEPO521 Early Payment Service, have launched their first Almanac, a Third Party Spend review of 2019/2020 in partnership with EY.

Local Government across England collectively spends over £63bn with suppliers to deliver vital services to residents. Utilising Porge Research data the Almanac provides a unique look into the spending behaviours of Councils over the previous 3 financial years.

Webcast – 26 February 2021: EY and Oxygen Finance, along with the Local Government Association, are holding a webcast on the 26th February at 1pm to explore the key findings from the 2019/2020 Almanac and look at the spending behaviours of councils over the last three financial years, as well as an analysis of categories of spend.
