Supplier Engagement Event: Redcar & Cleveland Extra Care Contract

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council would like to invite suppliers to an Engagement Event to consult on their forthcoming tender opportunity for Extra Care Schemes. The consultation event is being held on Thursday 23 January 2020 2pm – 3pm, at Redcar and Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT.

The opportunity is to provide personal Care and Support to tenants in their own homes within Barnaby House (62 Flats), The Dunes (64 Flats), Jubilee Court (41 Flats) & St Germains (31 Flats).

The event shall focus around sharing ideas for the future model of service delivery and the development of a new contract.

The outcome of the consultation will inform the upcoming tender exercise which is anticipated to commence February 2020, with a contract commencement of 1 August 2020.

Please note participation or non-participation in this event shall prevent participation in any potential future procurement.

To confirm your attendance: please email (using Extra Care Event in the emails title) adultscommissioning@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk by 17 January 2020. Attendance is limited to a maximum of two representatives from each organisation.
